MEMBERSHIPS

Can I sign up online?

We’d love to be able to sign you up right now – all new memberships will need to be completed at one of our gym locations!

Do you offer casual visits?

We sure do! All casual visits are $10 and gives you access to all of our facilities like all of our members – including group fitness classes!

What are your staffed hours?

24 hours! Every, single, day!

Can I put my membership on hold?

Members have the option to suspend their membership for a maximum of 4 weeks per year. A request must be completed in person at your home club.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Unfortunately, transfers cannot be completed from one person to another. Please refer to the terms and conditions on your original membership form for more information.

How do I cancel my membership?

You will need to visit your home club to request cancellation in person. Please refer to the terms and conditions on your original membership form for more information.

ORDERING

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. As a rough guide, please allow the following time to receive your order:

  • Melbourne / Sydney / Adelaide: 2-3 business days
  • Hobart / Brisbane: 3-5 business days
  • Darwin / Perth: 4-6 business days

Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the first available business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your product and you will be notified via email.  This email will provide you with your personal tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the Australia Post tracking system.

What happens if I’m not home to receive my order?

If there is no one on the premises at time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe place. If there is nowhere safe to leave your delivery, Australia Post may re-direct it to your local post office at their own discretion, and a calling card will be left to advise of this.

You must provide photo identification at the pick-up point to claim your parcel.

We are not liable for any missing parcels once delivery has been made, so please ensure you choose a reliable and secure address at checkout.

I’m new to training, what supplements should I take?

Firstly, congratulations on taking the first step and beginning your training!

We are proud to offer a wide range of different supplements from Australia’s leading brands. Before taking any supplement, it is always encouraged to speak with a medical or health professional to ensure you are taking the right product for you and your goals.

There are many active ingredients in supplements of any kind, some which may have stronger effects than others, so it is always best to check before taking any new products.
