Windsor Gardens is currently our biggest location here in SA. With state-of-the-art equipment across our double story facility. We have a newly renovated ladies only gym, group fitness, spin and Pilates classes as well as virtual HIIT classes. We are proud to offer a boxing area, half basketball court and a powerlifting section catering to all kinds of fitness backgrounds.
